Lesson 2
Welcome to the Strategies to Grow Audit Form
This form is designed to audit and evaluate how any company hereafter referred to as “Client” compares to their top three competitors.
There are four major categories by which the Client can be compared to its competitors.
General (General is the required default for all audits)
There are four major categories by which the Client can be compared to its competitors. The default and base is General. This category should be completed for all audits.
Online
This category should be completed if the Client either sells or markets online. If they have a website, this category is important to analyze and measure against competitors.
Store
If the Client has a facility such as a storefront or office that customers visit, this category should be completed.
Direct Sales
This category should be completed for businesses that customers don’t visit.
How scoring works?
Scoring is determined by evaluating the named competitors against the client.
There are four possible scores:
- “+1” is scored when the Client is deemed to be better than the identified competitor.
- “0” is scored when the Client and competitor are deemed to be the same as the competitor.
- “-1” is scored when the Client is deemed to be worse than the competitor.
- “N/A” is scored when the topic cannot be determined or doesn’t apply.
